Terms and Conditions

Customer: the natural or legal person placing an order.

Webshop: the online store operated by Desi Creationsz.

Agreement: the contract between the customer and the webshop concerning the supply of products.

These terms apply to every offer, order and agreement related to products offered via the webshop or our live sessions.

Deviations from these terms are only binding if confirmed in writing by the webshop.

An order is concluded when the webshop has received payment or an order confirmation.

The webshop reserves the right to refuse orders in case of stock issues or suspicious transactions.

All prices on the website are in EUR and include 21% VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed via the provided payment methods (e.g. Stripe). Any additional fees will be indicated in advance.

The webshop aims to dispatch orders within the stated delivery times. Delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines.

Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier the webshop is not responsible for transport delays.

Consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period after receiving the product, unless an exception applies.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us of the withdrawal. Statutory withdrawal does not require approval; after your notification, you will receive return instructions.

When you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal for the entire order, we refund the product amount excluding standard delivery costs. Any additional costs for a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery offered are not refunded.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer pays the shipping costs to return the product. These return costs are separate from the original delivery costs.

Outside the statutory right of withdrawal and statutory warranty, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in exceptional cases after prior contact and our explicit approval.

If we exceptionally approve a return or exchange, the product must be returned undamaged and properly packaged. Follow the return instructions we provide.

For such an exceptional return or exchange, the customer pays the shipping costs for both the return shipment and any new shipment.

If we agree to a refund for such a voluntarily approved return outside the statutory right of withdrawal and statutory warranty, we refund only the amount paid for the returned product. The original shipping costs are not refunded in that case, as these costs have already been incurred.

These conditions for exceptional returns and exchanges do not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal or statutory warranty. For a valid statutory warranty claim, we cover the necessary shipping costs.

Clothing and other products sold through our live sessions are exclusive. Once an item has been claimed during a live session, that unit is no longer available in stock for other customers. The item may also no longer be available for restocking.

An exchange or replacement with the same item is therefore not guaranteed and depends on available stock. This does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal or statutory warranty.

Exclusivity, limited sizes and limited stock do not in themselves constitute an exception to the statutory right of withdrawal.

Any conformity defects should be reported within a reasonable time after discovery.

Complaints can be submitted via the contact form or by email; the webshop will handle complaints within a reasonable period.

The webshop's liability is limited to direct damages up to the order amount, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

The webshop is not liable for indirect damages such as lost profit or data loss.

All texts, images and designs used on the website are protected and may not be used without permission.

Product trademarks and indications remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the webshop's privacy policy. Payments are processed via Stripe; the webshop does not store full card details.

These terms are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes will preferably be resolved amicably; where necessary, the competent court in the Netherlands shall have jurisdiction.
