Terms and Conditions

Customer: the natural or legal person placing an order.

Webshop: the online store operated by Desi Creationsz.

Agreement: the contract between the customer and the webshop concerning the supply of products.

These terms apply to every offer, order and agreement related to products offered via the webshop.

Deviations from these terms are only binding if confirmed in writing by the webshop.

An order is concluded when the webshop has received payment or an order confirmation.

The webshop reserves the right to refuse orders in case of stock issues or suspicious transactions.

All prices on the website are in EUR and include 21% VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed via the provided payment methods (e.g. Stripe). Any additional fees will be indicated in advance.

The webshop aims to dispatch orders within the stated delivery times. Delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines.

Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier the webshop is not responsible for transport delays.

Consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period after receiving the product, unless an exception applies.

To exercise the right of withdrawal the customer should contact the webshop and follow the return instructions.

Any conformity defects should be reported within a reasonable time after discovery.

Complaints can be submitted via the contact form or by email; the webshop will handle complaints within a reasonable period.

The webshop's liability is limited to direct damages up to the order amount, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

The webshop is not liable for indirect damages such as lost profit or data loss.

All texts, images and designs used on the website are protected and may not be used without permission.

Product trademarks and indications remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the webshop's privacy policy. Payments are processed via Stripe; the webshop does not store full card details.

These terms are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes will preferably be resolved amicably; where necessary, the competent court in the Netherlands shall have jurisdiction.
